Zipoly Web Version needs no installation and works on any platform — it supports Draco compression and format conversion with a 100MB single-file limit.

Installation

Windows

1. Download the NSIS installer (recommended, ~6.8 MB) or the MSI installer
2. Right-click and choose Run as administrator
3. Follow the wizard (default path C:\Program Files\Zipoly\)

If Windows Defender blocks the first launch, click "More info" → "Run anyway".

Linux

Ubuntu / Debian:

sudo dpkg -i Zipoly_2.1.0_amd64.deb
sudo apt-get install -f   # if dependencies are missing

Fedora / RedHat:

sudo rpm -i Zipoly-2.1.0-1.x86_64.rpm
# or sudo dnf install ./Zipoly-2.1.0-1.x86_64.rpm

If dependencies are missing, install them manually: sudo apt-get install libwebkit2gtk-4.1-0 libgtk-3-0 (Debian/Ubuntu) or sudo dnf install webkit2gtk4.1 gtk3 (Fedora). See Troubleshooting.

macOS

Option 1 (recommended): DMG installer

1. Download Zipoly_2.1.0_x64.dmg
2. Double-click to open it, then drag Zipoly.app into the /Applications folder
3. On first launch, right-click the app and choose Open (or go to System Settings → Privacy & Security → Open Anyway)

Option 2: portable App.zip

1. Download Zipoly.app.zip
2. Unzip to get Zipoly.app and double-click to run (no need to move it into Applications)
3. Right-click to open on first launch, just like above

macOS Gatekeeper blocks unsigned apps — right-click → Open to bypass. Code signing and notarization are planned for a future release.
